Shipping Information

When your order is successfully placed, you’ll get an email confirmation with your order number and shipping method. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct. Once your order’s on the way, we can’t redirect it (and the idea of some rando enjoying your stuff is just not cool).

Most orders take up to 3 business days to process before being shipped. You may experience longer processing times during peak shipping periods, like holidays or if one your items are on pre-order. If you’re ordering multiple items, we’ll only ship your order when every item is ready.  

We offer the best shipping rate based off the weights and location of the items you purchase. Ship times quoted in checkout are estimates of time in transit after your product leaves the fulfillment center. Some items in your order may ship separately.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a second email, with an estimated delivery date and tracking information.

If you think your package is lost either in transit or at arrival, please reach out to shipping carrier first for assistance.

For any further assistance and/or packages declared lost by the shipping carrier, please reach out to our customer service team.

Important Information on Pre-Order Items! 

Mask orders start shipping 15-20 business days after your order has been placed. Please also keep in mind that your ENTIRE order will ship at once — only after the pre-order items are ready to go.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses — including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.  We also ship to Canada. However, we will not be shipping to Canada from 12/10 through 12/25.

U.S. & Canadian Shipping Methods

Domestic Shipping is calculated by the weight and fulfillment location of your products purchased.

Items shipped to Canada will be calculated based on the weight of the product and your shipping address.

Due to COVID19, there has been higher volume with one of our shipping partners Canada Post. Please note there may be than usual shipping windows and to order accordingly. 

Track My Order

A link to track your order will be included in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find the email (kind of like your keys, or the remote) your order information and history is also available on your Account page, so you can track it there, too.

Father’s Day Tracking Announcements

If your order has been shipped via UPS and your tracking number starts with an “8” and is not updating, then you will need to pull your package identification number for further updates.

To find your package identification code follow these steps

  1. Plug in your current tracking number that starts with an “8” at
  2. Find “Shipping Details” to the right of the page and select the downward arrow
  3. At the bottom of this section, look for the package identification number. This number should start with “92”

The Dad uses a UPS shipping service that partners with USPS. Your package identification number can be used on either or for package’s tracking details.

Additionally, please note once your package has been transferred to USPS and there has been no update please kindly wait 2-3 days to see if there is movement as USPS is experiencing delays due to COVID.

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy is simple — we’re not happy unless you are! That’s why U.S. returns and exchanges are completely free, within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items NOT eligible for return or exchange are marked FINAL SALE or OUTLET

  • U.S. Returns
    • Just send an email to [email protected] to get a pre-paid return label. Please include your name, order number, and reason for the return. Once we receive the item you’re returning, we’ll issue a refund to the original form of payment for the price of the product, excluding the shipping cost. Refunds are usually posted within 1-3 business days.
  • Canada Returns
    • Send an email to [email protected] requesting a return.  Please include your name, order number and reason for the return.  We will then provide you the mailing address for your return.  Once we receive the item you're returning, we'll issue a refund to the original form of payment for the price of the product, excluding the shipping cost.  Refunds are usually posted within 1-3 business days.
  • Exchanges
    • All exchanges will be processed as returns.  Send an email to [email protected] with your name, order number, and product you wish to return to get a pre-paid shipping label.  If the item you ordered was damaged, please also include a picture. Please indicate in the email that you'd like to make an exchange, and a code will be emailed to you for free standard shipping when you re-order the correct product on the site.
    Canceling/Changing Your Order:

    If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] as quickly as possible, with the subject line “CANCEL MY ORDER.” Please include your name, order number, and the reason for canceling. If you’ve already received your order, or have received a shipping confirmation email, please refer to the Returns & Exchanges policies above. Please also note that if you paid via PayPal and you request to cancel, you may incur a PayPal transaction fee.

    Incorrect Orders: 

    If you received the wrong item (whoops!), you can send it back to us and we’ll replace it with the correct one. Please refer to the Exchanges policy above.
